Equipment

At Mt. Carmel Stabilization, we pride ourselves on our ability to react to a customer’s need for big production. We also recognize the need to serve multiple projects at one time in different locations throughout the country. That’s why we operate the industry’s largest fleet of specialized soil stabilization equipment as well as a variety of other supporting pieces of equipment.

In addition to our specialized equipment below, we own and operate over 100 pieces of standard heavy construction equipment.

Spreaders   Over the years we improved the designs of our custom built spreader trucks. All 65 of our spreaders were designed and built in house by our people. This gives us the ability to constantly improve our designs to build what are considered the best in the industry for accurate spreading and dust control.

Mixers We maintain a fleet of 28 self powered rotary mixers. The fleet is made up of Caterpillar, Ray-Go, CMI/ Terex and Wirtgen equipment. Mixing technology has improved drastically in recent years.

ECTO-Spreader™ Machines Our ECTO-Spreader ™ Machines were developed to give us the ability to spread dry products such as lime, LKD, Cement, etc. in areas that are impossible to reach with conventional equipment. The ECTO-Spreader™ Machine has a variety of applications in environmental remediation and dewatering projects. The ECTO-Spreader™ Machine was designed and built by Mt.
